PEC March Maple Madness at Waupoos Estates Winery & Restaurant:

The restaurant at Waupoos Estates is excited to bring back their classic pancake breakfast plus an A la carte dinning experience! Every Saturday & Sunday in March (plus Friday night dinner!)

Don’t forget to swing by the winery before or after for a wine tasting or to bring home some of their delicious estate-made Maple Syrup while you’re at it.

There is fun for the whole family at Waupoos Estates, featuring cute farm animals, melt in your mouth pancakes, a wide variety of wines and of course, Maple Syrup.

Lily's Cafe is back for 2026 Maple Madness!🍁

They will be doing a Maple flavoured espresso-based drinks as well as savoury soups and sweet pastries. Yum!
 

Fun Fact: They also use Nyman Farms Maple Syrup year-round for all our maple based desserts. 🍁

Rise Coffee House is a business located on Wellington Main St - open daily, all year round. 

They offer all the coffee & tea classics that pair perfectly with their in-house made pastries by Chef Keith.

Celebrate PEC March Maple Madness at The Waring House with a cozy winter getaway rooted in local flavour.

As a Feast On–certified dining destination, our menus highlight regional ingredients and seasonal maple features throughout March. Guests can enjoy a warm and welcoming stay paired with maple-inspired dining, including breakfast with pancakes and Vader’s Maple Syrup—served Friday and Saturday mornings until 10:30 am and Sunday breakfast until noon.

Enhance your visit with one of our Maple-Themed Cookery Classes on March 22, 26, or 29, and savour the sweetest tastes of the County all weekend long.

🍁 Stock up on all the maple essentials, including maple syrup, maple butter, and maple granulated sugar, straight from the sugar shack

🍁 Come hungry. Enjoy their pork maple sausage on a bun and don’t miss the Jersey Tail, a fried pastry finished with maple sugar
