Maple Madness and Waupoos Estates Winery! 

Every Satuday & Sunday in March​, join us for a pancake breakfast at The Restaurant from 9am - 3pm. 

🍁 Wagon Rides to the Sugar Bush (10am,12pm & 2pm)

Purchase tickets at the restaurant or winery for your wagon ride to our sugar bush and finish with a fresh made Taffy on the Snow!

$10 for the wagon ride & taffy

$5 for just the ride or just the taffy

* Wagon rides are weather dependant

🍁Sugar Shack (9am-2pm)

Stroll up to our sugar shack and see how we turn sap into syrup! Say hi to our farm animals on the way up!

🍁 Winery 

The winery boutique will be open from 9am-3pm on Saturday & Sunday. Pop in for a wine tasting, and to check out some maple goodies!

Norman Hardie Winery is back again for 2026. We love having them for PEC March Maple Madness as they have so many amazing things to offer! 

🍁 Cold smoked Cured Ontario Trout which has been cured and smoked using local maple syrup from trees on their own property. Available to enjoy with a glass of wine in hand. Seating available both outdoors by the roaring fire pits or indoors amongst the tanks and barrels. 

🍁 They also have Maple Syrup available for purchase as well, so you can enjoy the sweetness at home! 

Seven days a week from 11am-4pm (Saturdays 11am-5pm), make sure this is a stop on your Maple Madness road trip!

Three Dog is owned and operated by a close group of family and friends who came together to take over the winery from its previous owners in 2022. We're so excited to have them on-board for PEC March Maple Madness 2026! 

They are serving up a“Sugar Shack Snack” - Chateau de Bourgogne soft cheese with a hot local maple syrup and pecan topper 🍁

🍁 Loaded waffles are back for another year! Warm gooey sourdough waffles baked fresh by our neighbours @theelmbrookfarm, smothered with @roblins.maple amber maple syrup soaked berries and topped with a spiced apple liqueur whipped cream for just $10.
 

🍁 Enjoy Hot Maple Cocktails like maple boozy coffee using our very own Wild Lot Liqueur.
 

🍁 Maple bacon BLT sandwich. Maple glazed bacon, tomatoes, mixed greens, and a garlic chive aioli.
 

🍁 Discover or rediscover our line up of spirits, liqueurs, or martinis that use local maple syrup from @roblins.maple like our Espresso & Maple Liqueur, Espresso Martini, and our take on an Amaro-Style liqueur finished with maple syrup.
 

🍁 We have a huge indoor fully heated space!

Weekends throughout Maple Madness, enjoy a sampling of our maple inspired wine cocktail (or mocktail). In addition, a maple snack will be provided with every wine tasting (flights of 4 one-ounce samples for $15).🍁

🍁 PEC March Maple Madness & Sandbanks Estate Winery - a perfect match! 

Every weekend in March, join us for maple-inspired elevated wine tastings, thoughtfully paired with the sweet flavours of the season. Tastings are $20 per person. Guests can also cozy up with hot chocolate and enjoy complimentary marshmallows for roasting over our outdoor firepits (weather permitting). We will also have locally sourced maple products available to purchase.

To wrap up the month, we’re hosting a special Maple Chocolate Fondue Experience on Saturday, March 28 & Sunday, March 29, held in our beautiful newly renovated back room with cozy fireplaces and vineyard views. This decadent, maple-themed experience is the perfect way to celebrate the season’s final weekend.

🍁 Every Saturday & Sunday in March between 10:30am - 5pm grab your boots and feel free to walk the 2km trail through their beautiful Vineyard & Sugarbush. *snow may or may not be included.

🍁Play maple trivia while you walk the loop! Bonus, hotdogs cooked in Maple Syrup will be available plus other maple theme goodies (think maple fudge and s'mores!). Hot Chocolate and fire pit available (weather permitting)

*Well behaved dogs are welcome. Please be courteous

🍁They will be boiling down sap for fresh syrup and made available for purchase once the season gets going (weather permitting)
