Purchase tickets at the restaurant or winery for your wagon ride to our sugar bush and finish with a fresh made Taffy on the Snow!

$10 for the wagon ride & taffy

$5 for just the ride or just the taffy

Stroll up to our sugar shack and see how we turn sap into syrup! Say hi to our farm animals on the way up!

We're so excited to have Stock & Row join Maple Madness!

The team over at Stock and Row are creating some delicious goodies for you to enjoy. In the mood for some cider? Look no further! 

Every Saturday and Sunday this March they'll be open from 12-4 pm serving up a limited edition small batch cider (stay tuned for more details 👀), a fun hot apple cider cocktail and non-alcoholic cider as well 🍁

Let's welcome back Sugarbush Vineyards! 🍁

🍁 Every Saturday & Sunday in March between 10:30am - 5pm grab your boots and feel free to walk the 2km trail through their beautiful Vineyard & Sugarbush. *snow may or may not be included 😉.

Play maple trivia while you walk. Bonus, hot chocolate and maple cookies will be available for all walkers at no cost but they are collecting donations (cash or non perishable food items) for the Wellington Food Bank. *Dogs are welcome. 🐶

🍁 They will be boiling down sap for fresh syrup and made available for purchase once the season gets going (weather permitting)

Join them every weekend in March at Sandbanks for Maple Madness! We will be serving J&W farm's Vegan Chili drizzled with maple sour cream to enjoy fireside. They are also serving complimentary infused hot chocolate, and maple marshmallows to roast on our fire-pits (weather permitting).

Plus, with each purchase of a tasting flight, they will be serving a maple treat to pair with their wines.

Norman Hardie Winery is back again for 2024. We love having them for PEC March Maple Madness as they have so many amazing things to offer! 

🍁 Cold smoked Cured Ontario Trout which has been cured and smoked using local maple syrup from trees on their own property. Available to enjoy with a glass of wine in hand. Seating available both outdoors by the roaring fire pits or indoors amongst the tanks and barrels. 

🍁 They also have Maple Syrup available for purchase as well, so you can enjoy the sweetness at home! 

Open 7 days a week from 11:00am-4:00pm, make sure this is a stop on your Maple Madness road trip! 

Rosehall Run is back for another year of Maple Madness 🍁

Rosehall Run is one of the earliest Prince Edward County. Today there are 25 acres of vinifera including Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Muscat, and Tempranillo.

Throughout the month of March Rosehall is pleased to be offering samples of their house curated, maple inspired wine cocktail/mocktail.  

What if we told you it gets even better? In celebration of the grand finale weekend, March 23 & 24, our friends at The Bean Counter will be providing a delicious Maple treat!  Enjoy 4 Rosehall Run wines paired with the Bean Counter’s Maple Cheddar Mac ‘n Cheese.  *No vegan or dairy free substitutions, regular tasting fees apply.

An annual seasonal release, aged for over 1 year, we welcome back the beloved 🍁 CG County Maple Ale 🍁

Brewed with a combination of honey, brown, and caramel malts with the addition of oats that provide a bigger more rounded mouthfeel. Over 40 litres of locally sourced maple syrup from Walt's Sugar Shack, brings aromas of woody maple that eludes whiskey aged in oak barrels.

A rich yet smooth palate with just enough sweetness to complement the dark malts and roasted coffee notes, creating a well-balanced ale that finishes slightly bitter and lingers maple syrup. A seasonal treat that is available for a limited time, so get it while you can!

Our award winning Pommeau, which is made like an apple port, is infused with local maple syrup to give it the most Canadian of flavour profiles. A delicious sipper for around the fireplace or fire pit. 17% abv.
